Berry Crumble Dessert
The summer brings us an Abundance of delicious berries. Some of us are lucky, and you can even harvest in your own garden. But also in the supermarket, and especially at the weekly market, there are in Abundance. I just can't get enough of them and that is why I have created this berry crumble Dessert.

The nice thing is that it totally doesn't matter which berries You, especially in the home have or are in Your bushes just ripe to conjure up the delicious berry crumble Dessert. Just take the berries, the strawberries You have, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, currants, whatever, whatever.
You create also Your own taste of harmony, because, of course, acid or Sweetness of the berries determines the overall taste composition. I had it once already sweet and even sour. It is definitely exciting to see what emerges.
Also the amount and thickness of Your sprinkles, You can vary. My family and I like it better when the crumble is not as thick but fine on the Dessert. But this is purely a matter of taste. This is a variant I've been using finely ground almonds and cinnamon and a little refined.

Berry Crumble Dessert
INGREDIENTS
YOU WILL NEED 4 RAMEKINS, CA. 10-11 CM IN DIAMETER OR OVEN PROOF GLASSES
FOR THE BERRY MIXTURE
- 400 g berries, mixed according to the choice - for example, raspberries, blueberries, currants, blackberries, strawberries
- 40 g of brown sugar
FOR THE CRUMBLE
- 80 g flour
- 40 g finely ground almonds
- 60 g cold Butter
- 60 g white sugar
- 60 g brown sugar
- 1 Knife Tip Cinnamon
- 1 Pinch Of Salt
- Powdered sugar for Dusting - optional
- A scoop of vanilla ice cream on it - either
INSTRUCTIONS
- First You heat the oven to 200 degrees top/bottom heat.
- The berries, wash and drain well.
- Then You mix the berries with 40g of brown sugar.
- Now You distribute the sugared berries ramekins to Your oven-proof Casserole.
- For the sprinkles You put all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Now test links you are going to Hand to them so crumbly and the crumbles-strength as You like it the most.
- The crumble on the fruit spread.
- Now You give the ramekins on the middle rack for 30 to 35 minutes in the oven.
- Especially tasty it is, if You serve and powdered sugar sprinkle the Dessert is still hot about it. Quite delicious, a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of it, this is so beautiful.
