Kräuter-Risotto out of the oven

I fry a part of the herbs with the spring onions and garlic, this delicious herbal Aroma spreads in all the rooms. I fry the herbs, especially because of the rosemary, as it unfolds for me its full Aroma only when it's hot. Risotto in the oven to prepare, is by the way a very handy thing, because You spare yourself from all the Stirring, and the herb Risotto is preparing to ? almost alone .

Herbs-Risotto out of the oven
INGREDIENTS
ALL THE INGREDIENTS ARE AT ALDI SÜD IS AVAILABLE
- 250 g Risotto rice
- 1 Liter chicken broth or vegetable stock - purchased or homemade
- 100 g spring onions - cut in thin rings, so far into the Green as You like
- 2 cloves of garlic - finely chopped
- 10 g thyme, fresh - leaves removed
- 10 g of rosemary - needles finely chopped
- 3 stems Oregano, fresh - pluck leaves

- 40 g Butter
- 60 g Parmesan cheese - freshly grated, plus some for Serving
- 1-2 lime or lemon, juice of - plus lime/lemon for Serving/Garnish
- Salt and black pepper - to Taste
INSTRUCTIONS
