Our story…

Our Beginnings

After spending six years perfecting their Nashville hot chicken recipe. Jon, Justin and Chris decided to open Louie’s. The three friends added barbecue to the menu to break the mold on typical hot chicken places. Heat levels range from medium, hot, extra hot and extra extra hot if you dare. Not only do they do hot chicken right, they are masters on the smoker. Smoking pounds of brisket, pork and wings daily.
