INGREDIENTS

  • 3 ripe bananas - only slightly ripe to fully ripe - it's all
  • 1 Egg - Size M
  • 1 packet Bourbon vanilla - Alternatively: 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 80 g of brown sugar
  • 200 g flour - Type 405
  • 1 TBSP of baking powder (8g)
  • 150 ml of milk - min. 3.5% fat
  • 1/2 TSP cinnamon
  • 1 Pinch Of Nutmeg
  • 1 Pinch Of Salt
  • 1 TBSP vegetable oil - per pans-Batch

TO SERVE

  • 2 bananas - young and firm
  • Cinnamon sugar to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  • First mash You bananas in a bowl, with a fork and flavour them with a pinch of nutmeg.
  • In another bowl, verquirlst You with a whisk the Egg with the sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon and salt.
  • The egg mixture in the bowl the mashed bananas and sprinkle with the beaters of the hand mixer or the kitchen machine and mix.
  • Then mixed You the flour with the baking powder , and pick it alternating ...
  • ... to and in accordance with the milk below.
    NOTE/TIP: The riper Your bananas are, the more liquid is the dough. You can, if you let the handling like better, the dough a couple of minutes/rest, then add the flour to swell and the dough will be thick liquid.
