INGREDIENTS

ALL THE INGREDIENTS ARE AT ALDI SÜD IS AVAILABLE

  • 250 g Risotto rice
  • 1 Liter chicken broth or vegetable stock - purchased or homemade
  • 100 g spring onions - cut in thin rings, so far into the Green as You like
  • 2 cloves of garlic - finely chopped
  • 10 g thyme, fresh - leaves removed
  • 10 g of rosemary - needles finely chopped
  • 3 stems Oregano, fresh - pluck leaves
  • 1 pot of Basil or Basil leaves - 1/2 pot chopped into the Risotto, 1/2-pot to Serve
  • 40 g Butter
  • 60 g Parmesan cheese - freshly grated, plus some for Serving
  • 1-2 lime or lemon, juice of - plus lime/lemon for Serving/Garnish
  • Salt and black pepper - to Taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  • As the first heats the oven to 200 degrees convection before.
